These observations are obtained on the number of kilograms of distillate synthetic fuel produced per kilogram of hydrogen consumed in the process:

Test the hypothesis of equal variances: H0 : σ1^2 = σ2^2 vs H1 : σ1^2 not = σ2^2 at α = .05.
